The one time he was behind schedule due to circumstances, he gave us enough of a heads up that we were able to make the change with our schedule so that we could still meet up. Once we found the property that we ultimately wanted, Ben unceasingly went to bat for us with seller negotiations, getting info we requested from the property management company, etc. He was a dream to work with, and I am so happy our paths crossed.
